How the Story Began

My movement journey started with strength training. I loved feeling strong, capable, and connected to my body, but over time I found myself craving something deeper — movement that challenged me physically while also grounding me mentally and spiritually.

That’s when I fell in love with yoga, Pilates, and barre.

After completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, my practice became more than just a workout. It became a way to connect my mind, body, and spirit. Each style of movement brought something different: yoga helped me slow down and breathe, Pilates helped me build control and stability, and barre brought strength, endurance, and grace.

Together, they completely changed the way I moved and felt.

The Birth of Nelli Active

In 2026, I started Nelli Active with the goal of creating pieces that feel as good as they look.

I wanted to create grip socks that felt elevated, functional, and effortless, but I also wanted each piece to mean something. Every embroidery carries its own intention, so you can choose the sock that speaks to what you need that day. Feeling a little unbalanced? Reach for the Yin Yang sock as a reminder to find your center. Because sometimes, the smallest reminder is all you need to show up feeling grounded, supported, and exactly where you’re meant to be.
