When will I receive my order?
Nelli Active orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
What does “one size fits most” mean?
Our signature grip socks and everyday socks are designed with flexible stretch and supportive compression to comfortably fit most feet.
Our socks generally fit:
- Women’s US sizes 6–11
- Men’s US sizes 7–11
The fabric adapts to a range of foot shapes while maintaining a secure, comfortable fit.
What is unique about your socks?
Nelli Active socks are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. This is a globally standardized, independent certification system that tests raw, semi-finished, and finished textile products for harmful substances. It guarantees that every component of a product—including fabrics, threads, buttons, and zippers—is rigorously evaluated and deemed harmless in human-ecological terms.
How do I wash my socks?
We recommend machine washing your socks in cold water and laying them flat to dry.
Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as they may affect the fabric and grip quality.
How do I update my shipping address?
To update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at nelliactive@gmail.com.
If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to make the change. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to update or reroute the shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not ship internationally.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Not to worry! If something isn’t quite right, please email us at nelliactive@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
If your item is eligible for a return or exchange, we’ll provide you with the next steps and a prepaid return label. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within five business days.
