Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you receive from Nelli Active. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with a return or exchange.

To begin, email nelliactive@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.

Eligible returns and exchanges must be requested within 60 days of your delivery date. Once your request has been approved, we'll send you a complimentary prepaid return shipping label along with simple return instructions.

Please return your item(s) in their original packaging and in unworn, unwashed, and resalable condition.

After your return is received and carefully inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, while exchanges will be shipped as soon as they're ready.
